• DAOU Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
  Bold and full bodied, this wine is structured firmly around a solid core of boysenberry and cherry fruit. Supple, ripe tannins provide ample backbone for the layers of boysenberry, black cherry, licorice and dried herb flavors. Fleshy and weighty on the palate while retaining balance and finesse, it finishes long and clean with lingering notes of plum and blackberry.
• Torbreck Woodcutters Shiraz
  Fruit is sourced from hand-harvested and hand-tended, low-yielding vines, then open fermented and gently basket pressed before ageing on fine lees for 12 months in large format seasoned barrels and foudres.
• Hahn SLH Pinot Noir
  Welcoming aromas of black cherry and vanilla with hints of caramel and toasted notes from French Oak barrels. On the palate, well-integrated flavors of wild berries, cherries and raspberries lead to notes of rose petals, finishing with soft and elegant tannins.
